Chloe has lived on both coasts for multiple years and prefers one over the other. She received her MFA in fiction from UC Riverside and now lives in Houston, TX.
She writes about women and their grisly obsessions. Most importantly, she published a 9-part story on Neopets when she was 11 years old.
